Business Awards and President's Luncheon

The AustCham Business Awards 2012 were presented at the AustCham President’s Luncheon on Wednesday 17 October at The Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore. The most prestigious event on the AustCham calendar, The President’s Luncheon is the occasion where we honour excellence in Australian business in Singapore.

Our guest speaker was The Hon Martin Ferguson AM, MP; Minister for Resources and Energy, Minister for Tourism.  Further event information will be made available shortly.

 

AustCham President’s Medal


The President’s Medal is the principal award presented to the individual or association who has made a significant contribution to the Australian and Singaporean business community, or to the relationship between Australia and Singapore, or who has substantially facilitated investment or trade between our two countries.

2001 Maurice Newman - Chairman of the Australian Stock Exchange; Awarded for championing the linkages between the Australian and Singapore Stock Exchange.

Business Alliance Award

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia Business Alliance Award is awarded annually to the Singaporean company which in the opinion of the judging panel has demonstrated a significant commitment to Australian trade and investment.

Business Excellence Award


The Business Excellence Award is awarded to the organisation which in the opinion of the judging panel has demonstrated the most outstanding performance in it's field. This award has been reinstated in the awards program in 2012.
