Emma Humann

Executive Director

Emma was appointed Executive Director in August 2022 and leads the Executive Team at AustCham.

Emma is an experienced leader with a career spanning across the corporate, for purpose and government sectors. Emma brings her background in engagement, understanding of member-based organisations, governance and strategy delivery, alongside her strong ties back to Australia and experience living and working here in Singapore to her leadership of AustCham.

A perfect day off for Emma involves a lazy morning with her kids and husband fuelled by coffee, a long run in a beautiful place, a few hours by herself with a decent book, and sharing a delicious meal, good wine and a laugh with friends.

Liting Xu

Head of Member Communications

Liting joined AustCham in August 2023 as Head of Member Communications. She oversees the Chamber’s communication strategy and channels, engaging with and growing the community to improve the overall member engagement and experience.

Liting is an experienced communicator with over 10 years of agency experience across integrated marketing, PR and strategic communications. Throughout her agency career prior to joining AustCham, Liting was most passionate about her work in sustainability communication at MullenLowe salt, helping brands tackle a complex topic to make it simple yet compelling to audiences.

Outside of work, Liting is an avid climber. To say that it's her passion is an understatement. Liting likes to climb more than she likes to walk.


Erica Marcellan

Head of Partnerships and Member Program

Erica leads AustCham partners and members’ engagement, in charge of driving the Chamber’s growth and curating a bespoke programme of events and projects.

She has over 15 years of experience in project management, business development and building stakeholder partnerships. Before joining AustCham, Erica worked at the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, predominantly focusing on government relationships and trade missions, and as regional business development manager for a Swiss-headquartered management consulting firm. Prior to that, she worked in sales and marketing positions for companies based in the UAE and Italy.

Erica loves enjoying her life with family and friends, travelling, dancing, cross-stitching and learning new languages.


Kalyn Oh

Office Manager

Kalyn is AustCham office manager and is responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the Chamber to operate efficiently. She manages daily operations, including accounts/payments and membership admin support.

With over 30 years of experience working as an Administrator, Kalyn’s professional interest focuses mainly on administration and marketing. Her career background experience comes from diverse industries including insurance, non-profitable organisation, medical, technologies, media and advertising.

Kalyn is born and raised in Singapore. In her spare time, she enjoys practising yoga, gardening and is always ready to travel.
