In 2006 we changed our name: we chose FunctionEight (a function key on the keyboard allowing users to work in Safe Mode) because it reflects our continued commitment to the digital safety and confidence of our clients.
In Hong Kong and Singapore, our engineers often work in an onsite capacity, helping companies with a range of digital and technical problems. Setup and regular maintenance of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Environments, Networks, Cybersecurity, WIFI and Digital Solutions of different kinds are just to name a few services we help clients with. In 2020, our well-established IT Helpdesk started to operate 24/7, allowing us to offer a whole new level of service to companies operating across several continents and time zones.
