President Stephen Miller presented a positive report for the FY, with the upgrade of our membership platform and a more robust and diverse set of communications offerings as key highlights. Improvements were also made to enhance our member value proposition, which we will continue to roll-out this FY. Honorary Treasurer Batya Shulman presented a strong financial report with a growth in membership and program income, and the proposed budget for the next FY which looks to further growth.

There were five vacancies on the AustCham Singapore board, with existing board members Stephen Miller, Carolyn Chin-Parry and Carole-Anne Upton re-elected, and Boon Tan and Thomas FitzGerald joining the board. We would like to take this opportunity to thank outgoing board members Chris Coburn and Scott Speedie for their contribution.

Chris and Scott were both integral in guiding the Chamber through the recovery from the pandemic, with Chris serving the majority of his 6 years as the President and Scott, who was Vice President, stepping down after 8 years on the Board.

We would also like to thank Emily Follett, Australian Deputy High Commissioner to Singapore, for joining us at the AGM, as well as to our host ANZ for having us at your premises for a third year in a row. Thank you for your ongoing partnership - we look forward to delivering more high quality and diverse programming with your support.
