Grand Hyatt Singapore welcomes guests to celebrate Easter with festive offerings across its dining establishments. As Easter marks the arrival of springtime celebrations, the hotel plays host to two exciting Sunday brunch buffet experiences. From an authentic Italian feast at Pete’s Place to a vibrant poolside affair at Oasis and delightful treats available at The Shop, the hotel has curated distinctive experiences to delight every guest this season.

A Traditional Italian Easter Celebration at Pete’s Place

 

Pete’s Place, Grand Hyatt Singapore’s iconic Italian restaurant known for its 50-year legacy of authentic Italian comfort food, elevates its regular Sunday brunch with a special Easter twist. Guests can indulge in premium roasts, artisanal treats, and traditional stews, thoughtfully crafted to celebrate the joy of the season.

Set in the rustic charm of a warm trattoria, guests can begin their culinary journey with Pete’s Antipasti Plate, a curated selection of premium antipasti, charcuterie, and artisanal Italian cheeses to awaken the palate. The restaurant’s live stations showcase Carre di Agnello, a succulent rack of lamb grilled to tender perfection, and Porchetta Romana, a crackling-crisp pork belly peppered with Italian herbs, both freshly carved before serving. Easter’s rich heritage comes alive through the Coniglio in Umido, a traditional Italian rabbit stew that honours the centuries-old spring culinary tradition of central and north Italy, where this delicacy marks the arrival of spring. The Ossobucco di Agnello presents a fork-tender lamb shank, gently braised in red wine and served atop a creamy bed of polenta, while the Barramundi all'Acqua Pazza features delicate fish fillets complemented by mussels and clams in a fragrant Tuscan tomato broth, accented with capers and olives. The feast concludes with a lavish Dolce Bar, offering the traditional Colomba Pasquale, Italy’s beloved Easter bread, alongside handcrafted chocolate Easter eggs.

Tropical Easter Celebration Poolside Brunch at Oasis

 

For those seeking an extravagant culinary experience in a refreshing outdoor setting, Oasis presents a lavish Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet. Grand Hyatt Singapore’s poolside dining destination, nestled amid lush tropical gardens, offers premium seafood and signature grilled specialties infused with local flavours, complemented by a selection of international delicacies that exemplify luxury and abundance.


The feast begins with a spectacular Seafood on Ice display featuring Boston Lobsters, Fine de Claire oysters, mussels, clams and tiger prawns, alongside a refreshing salad bar featuring options such as the Oasis Garden Salad, served with a zesty ginger lime dressing, and Greek Salad with feta cheese, olives and oregano.


The heart of the culinary experience showcases Oasis’ specialty — its premium grilled selections — featuring a splendid Five Founders’ Bone-in Ribeye with a steak salt rub, Italian Pork Sausages, Mint Marinated Lamb Chops and Tamarind Marinated Chicken Thighs, all expertly prepared to present that distinctive charred flavour that Oasis is renowned for. For seafood lovers, the much-loved Blue Swimmer Crab Meat Fried Rice presents a wok-tossed creation featuring generous morsels of sweet blue swimmer crab meat, enhanced with house-made, umami-rich XO sauce.


Adding local flair, the buffet also extends to present an impressive array of Asian specialties from the wok. Guests can expect an assortment of Dim Sum, signature Lobster Noodle with succulent lobster meat and crispy egg noodles, Steamed Grouper Fillet in a classic Teochew style, and Wok-Fried Angus Beef with bell peppers house-made sesame chilli paste.
