The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Support the Director in the day-to-day operations of the CSIRO SEA team including, provision of general administrative support, records management, budget monitoring, visit coordination, website maintenance, task completion monitoring and other operational requirements
- Organise, coordinate and attend stakeholder meetings and events in cooperation with the Director SEA and assist with the preparation of relevant documentation and reporting
- Provide advice on project compliance with established policies and guidelines, interpret procedures and ensure alignment with organisational standards and requirements

The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary, regionally dispersed team to support CSIRO’s scientific objectives, including engaging with local partners and leading a small team to co-design and implement major programs.
- Monitor and report on the performance of major programs both internally and externally.
- Represent key programs externally and provide detailed advice on program activities at a wide range of local, regional and international events, meetings and workshops
