Drawing on his experience leading Microsoft's AI Futures initiatives, as well as previous leadership roles across Azure OpenAI and Salesforce Einstein, Marco will provide a practical and forward-looking perspective on what business leaders should expect over the next two years.

The discussion will place Singapore's AI transformation journey within a wider global context, examining how organisations can navigate talent shortages, workforce transitions, productivity demands, governance challenges, and the rise of agent-driven enterprises.
