In 2026 QBE celebrates their 40‑year association with the Sydney Swans. In recognition of this long partnership, QBE Singapore are excited to launch a 2026 AFL Footy Tipping Competition – and the whole AustCham community is invited.
Whether you’ve followed AFL your whole life or couldn’t tell a Sherrin from a soccer ball, this competition is for everyone. Why? Because you don’t need to know anything about football to play (or win).
Footy tipping is simple: each week, you pick which team you think will win. That’s it. No stats, no jargon, no deep knowledge required. Many of our past winners have relied on instinct, colour preferences, team names they like… or pure luck.

How to enter
Email the program administrator at ross.bethell@qbe.com who will provide the league details and keep you informed through the season.
How it works
Each week, simply tip which team you think will win each AFL match.
- Correct tip = 1 point.
- Incorrect tip = 0 points.
- Miss a round? Don’t worry – default tips will be applied so you’re never out of the running.
If you’re new to AFL, we’ve got you covered with simple guides and tips along the way. And if you’re a seasoned fan, this is your chance to prove it.
