AustCham Singapore, in collaboration with James Cook University Singapore, is embarking on a research to put together a Playbook - Decoding the DNA in Singapore’s Workforce Strategy: Navigating Talent, Technology, and Transformation - aimed at providing insights and best practices on how Australian businesses can navigate workforce management in Singapore amidst rapid technological advancements, increasing workforce diversity, and changing workplace arrangements.
